Signing up for our yearly maintenance plan will ensure your AC and Furnace is running at its maximum efficiency!

Maintenance Plan members will receive a yearly visit for AC tune-up and a visit for Furnace tune-up to make sure your equipment is running properly for the upcoming season.

What is Included in the Comfort Mechanical Maintenance Program?

Our technicians want your HVAC systems to be at peak performance at all times. We never want you to be confronted with an unexpected emergency for your heating or cooling units. As part of our maintenance program, we will do all of the following to make sure you don’t run into HVAC problems at the worst of times:

A full furnace tune-up

Cleaning the mechanisms inside the furnace
Making any necessary adjustments to components
Lubricating motor bearings and other moving parts
Voltage and current checks
Inspecting heat exchanger

A full AC unit tune-up

Changing or replacing air filters
Adding new freon
Flushing the drain
Cleaning the condenser coils
Replacing damaged or faulty electrical parts

We also want to know that your family is breathing the healthiest air possible. If you have one of our Aprilaire Healthy Air Systems installed, we can check to make sure that the system is working properly so that your indoor air quality is clear from contaminants.
